1. Booking & Cancellation Policy
To deliver premium care to all clients, our scheduling relies on the following guidelines:
- All treatments must be scheduled through our secure booking links via the Curofic portal.
- Cancellations or appointment rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may forfeit deposits or incur scheduling fees.
2. Clinical Treatment & Client Responsibility
Our skincare facials and advanced treatments are clinical in nature and customized to your specific skin status:
- Clients are required to disclose comprehensive health profiles, allergies, pregnancy status, and current prescriptions during their intake consultation.
- We reserve the right to decline or reschedule treatments if a contraindication is present that threatens client safety.
3. Promotions & Offers
Promotions, including our 20% discount offer, are subject to the following rules:
- Offers are valid for first-time bookings or designated promotional windows.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, package packages, or vouchers.
- Promotional booking rates are subject to clinic scheduling availability.
4. Liability & Jurisdiction
Aura Skin by Jeon is not liable for skin reactions or suboptimal clinical outcomes resulting from a client's failure to disclose medical histories or post-treatment care directions. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
